Description
The DJI T100 Mist Nozzle Package is a specialized spraying system enhancement developed for the DJI Agras T100 platform to enable ultra-fine atomized liquid application in high-value and complex crop environments. It is primarily used in orchard management, vineyard treatment, and dense canopy agriculture where precise droplet placement and penetration are critical for effective crop protection.
The system replaces the standard centrifugal spray configuration with advanced mist nozzles engineered to produce extremely fine droplets, typically in the range of approximately 50–500 μm depending on operating parameters. This finer atomization improves spray distribution uniformity and significantly enhances coverage of hard-to-reach areas such as the underside of leaves and internal canopy structures.
The mist nozzle configuration is typically available in a dual or optional quad-nozzle setup, allowing operators to adjust spray density and coverage width according to mission requirements. The expanded configuration increases spray performance and is particularly effective in orchard environments where vertical canopy penetration is essential.
Designed for integration with the T100’s high-capacity spraying system, the mist nozzle package supports advanced flow control and automated flight path optimization. When combined with the drone’s intelligent flight planning, RTK positioning, and terrain-following capabilities, it enables consistent and repeatable application patterns even in uneven or densely planted terrain.
