By using or accessing this website in any way, viewing or browsing the website, or adding your own content to the website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement

Refunds

We do not offer refunds if any purchased content has been downloaded or if over 20% of the course materials has been viewed. All refunds will be subject to a 15% administrative fee.

We reserve the right to change the date of instructor led courses (both virtual and in-class). A minimum of 3 students is required for any instructor led course. In the event that such course needs to be cancelled or a date change made then students already enrolled and fully paid shall be offered the opportunity to attend the next planned course. Should they not wish to do this then a full refund of enrollment fees will be awarded. 

No refunds will be offered for an unsuccessful attempt at the Flight Review. Should you fail your flight review then you will be required to rebook such and payment made accordingly.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of UAVertical Ltd. & Calgary Drone Academy and are, as such, protected by the appropriate international copyright and intellectual property rights laws.

We therefore have no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for the content or general practices of any of these third-party sites and/or services. Changes to This Agreement

UAVertical Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes made to this Agreement, we ask and advise you to discontinue use & do not access the UAVertical Ltd. website.
