The DJI FlyCart 100 SP Series is DJI’s rugged, high-performance heavy-lift cargo platform engineered for professional industrial logistics, emergency response, remote worksite supply, and complex delivery operations. It is designed to support continuous, high-capacity missions with minimal operational downtime, making it ideal for mountainous transport, maritime logistics, disaster relief, and large-scale enterprise material moving workflows.

The FlyCart 100 combines a versatile payload architecture that supports dual cargo-handling configurations, including a high-capacity fixed lifting system and an advanced Flagship Winch System. This allows operators to adapt to different scenarios, utilizing a heavy-duty container box for standard freight or a dual-motor, retractable 30-meter cable with an electric hook and intelligent swing-reduction algorithms for areas without flat landing zones. The combination of flexible payload options and real-time weight sensing ensures accurate, balanced, and reliable cargo transport in challenging terrains.

When paired with the DJI Delivery app and DJI DeliveryHub, the FlyCart 100 can execute fully planned delivery missions, including automated flight paths, precise waypoint navigation, real-time cargo status tracking, and centralized team resource management. This enables scalable enterprise deployments for organizations requiring repeatable, precision aerial logistics across remote networks or rugged operational areas.

Built for enterprise reliability, the platform includes a multi-layered safety system composed of front and rear millimeter-wave radars, downward radar, LiDAR, a penta-vision system, and an integrated emergency parachute capable of safe deployment as low as 100 meters. Featuring an octocopter coaxial dual-rotor configuration for power redundancy, it supports a maximum payload capacity of up to 100 kg (single battery) or 85 kg (dual battery), a 12 km transmission range via DJI O4, and IP55-rated protection for stable operation in wind, rain, and temperatures ranging from -20°C to 40°C.
