DJI T25P Spreading System

The DJI T25P Spreading System is DJI’s dedicated modular spreading solution developed for efficient granular application using the Agras T25P agricultural drone. It is engineered for modern precision agriculture where consistent material distribution, operational speed, and ease of use are critical for maximizing field productivity.

The system is built around a 30-liter hopper with a maximum internal payload of approximately 25 kg, allowing operators to perform extended spreading missions while minimizing refill frequency. This balance of capacity and aircraft stability makes it well-suited for solo-operated workflows in medium-scale agricultural environments.

At the core of its operation is a screw-feeder delivery mechanism that regulates granular flow into a centrifugal spreading disc. This combination ensures stable, clog-resistant material handling and consistent output across a wide range of fertilizer and seed types, supporting reliable application even under variable field conditions.

The system supports high-performance spreading capabilities, including discharge rates of up to approximately 190 kg/min and an effective spreading width of roughly 3–8 meters depending on material type and flight parameters. These performance characteristics allow operators to cover large areas quickly while maintaining uniform distribution and reducing overlap or waste.

Designed as part of DJI’s Spreading System 4.0 architecture, the T25P Spreading System incorporates interchangeable feeder configurations to accommodate different granule sizes and densities. This adaptability ensures compatibility with a wide range of agricultural inputs, including fertilizers, seeds, and granular soil treatments.

When integrated with the DJI Agras T25P platform, the system benefits from advanced flight automation, RTK positioning, terrain-following capability, and intelligent route planning. This allows for precise application patterns across irregular terrain, orchards, and open fields, improving both efficiency and agronomic consistency.

Built for rugged agricultural environments, the system is engineered to withstand dust, vibration, moisture, and continuous field use. Its modular design enables quick installation and removal, allowing operators to switch efficiently between spreading and spraying configurations during seasonal workflows
