DJI 150L Spreading System

The DJI 150L Spreading System is DJI’s high-capacity agricultural spreading solution engineered for large-scale precision farming operations using the DJI Agras T100 platform. Designed to maximize productivity and field coverage efficiency, the system enables rapid and uniform distribution of granular materials such as fertilizers, seeds, soil conditioners, and crop protection inputs across extensive agricultural environments.

At the core of the system is a 150-liter high-capacity hopper that significantly reduces the need for frequent refilling, allowing operators to cover more acreage per mission cycle. This increased capacity is paired with an advanced screw-feeder mechanism that ensures consistent and controlled material delivery, preventing clogging and improving flow stability even with varying granular types.

The system utilizes a centrifugal disc spreading mechanism to achieve uniform lateral distribution across a typical effective spread width of approximately 3–10 meters. This combination of controlled feeding and centrifugal dispersion ensures consistent application density, helping improve crop uniformity while minimizing material waste and over-application.

Engineered for high-performance agricultural workflows, the spreading system supports extremely high discharge rates—up to approximately 400 kg/min for suitable materials—making it suitable for fast, large-area operations where efficiency and turnaround time are critical. The intelligent flow control system allows operators to adjust application rates dynamically based on field conditions, crop requirements, and mission planning parameters.

Built for rugged agricultural environments, the system is designed with durability and reliability in mind, capable of withstanding dust, vibration, moisture, and continuous heavy-duty operation.
