Description

The DJI Dual Battery Lifting System is an optional industrial lifting module developed for DJI Agras agricultural drone platforms, most notably the DJI Agras T100 ecosystem. It extends the drone’s capabilities beyond spraying and spreading by enabling controlled aerial transport and lifting of external payloads in agricultural, surveying, and remote logistics operations.

The system uses a dual-intelligent-battery configuration to supply additional power for lifting operations, improving endurance and maintaining stable energy delivery during sustained heavy-load flights. This setup is designed to support continuous operations where frequent battery swaps would otherwise reduce efficiency in the field.

At its core, the system integrates a reinforced winch and cable mechanism capable of handling loads up to approximately 80 kg under defined operating conditions. The lifting assembly is engineered for balanced load distribution, helping reduce mechanical stress on the airframe while maintaining controlled, stable hoisting performance in dynamic environments.

Advanced stabilization and safety features are built into the system, including real-time weight monitoring via multi-axis force sensing. This allows the aircraft to detect load variations instantly and adjust flight posture to minimize oscillation and swing during transport operations. These anti-sway controls are critical for maintaining stability when carrying suspended or uneven payloads.

The system also includes an emergency escape or cable cut mechanism, designed to quickly release the payload in abnormal or hazardous conditions such as entanglement or excessive load instability. This improves operational safety in complex field environments where immediate disengagement may be required.

Designed for rugged agricultural use, the lifting system is built with durable structural components and quick-attach mounting architecture, enabling fast installation and removal in field conditions. It is intended for integration with DJI’s enterprise agricultural ecosystem, including RTK positioning, intelligent flight planning, and automated mission control.
